back to basics

We can all get wrapped up in the perfect handstand & forget the steps that led you there. This session strips postures back to basics checking in on safety, focus & alignment ensuring you have strong foundations to grow & flourish.

Recognise the Now

focusing on what you can control

This session combines Hatha yoga & Vinyasa flow techniques designed to guide you back to the present. We will explore breathing techniques, postures & flows to help you find your feet & rebalance the mind & body.

Slow Jams

unravel, unwind & breathe

Slow Jams is a evening class that helps us wind down after a long day. Surrender to deep breaths & long stretches and allow yourself to feel relaxed, centred & reconnected.

Sessions will be delivered over Zoom.

All of these sessions are tailored for all levels.
